By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Intern Role platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between you (the “User”) and Intern Role (the “Platform”). Intern Role is an online-based internship and training platform created to provide students and individuals with opportunities for skill development, practical exposure, and industry-oriented learning through structured virtual internship programs, and by using this platform, you confirm that you are eligible to enter into a legally binding agreement under applicable laws and that all information provided during registration or at any stage of usage is true, accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
The services offered on Intern Role are strictly limited to online internships, digital training programs, and remote learning experiences, and under no circumstances does the platform provide or promise any offline internships, physical training sessions, or in-person engagement, and users explicitly acknowledge and accept that all participation will occur through digital means including but not limited to dashboards, communication platforms such as email or WhatsApp, or other online tools as determined by the platform. Intern Role operates as a facilitator of learning and internship exposure and does not act as an employer, recruiter, or placement agency, and therefore does not guarantee, assure, or promise any form of job placement, employment opportunity, interview call, or career advancement as a result of participation in any internship or program offered on the platform, and any outcomes related to employment or career progression are solely dependent on the individual’s performance, skills, external market conditions, and other factors beyond the control of Intern Role.
By enrolling in any internship or program, you agree that you have independently evaluated the suitability, scope, and benefits of the program, and you fully understand that all payments made towards any services, including but not limited to internship fees, training fees, certification charges, or any associated costs, are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-transferable under any circumstances whatsoever, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the program, failure to participate, inability to complete tasks, change in personal circumstances, technical issues on the user’s side, or misunderstanding of the program details, and you expressly waive any right to claim a refund, reversal, or chargeback once the payment has been successfully processed.
Furthermore, enrollment in any program is personal to the user and cannot be assigned, transferred, shared, or resold to any other individual or entity, and any attempt to do so may result in immediate termination of access without any compensation or refund. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including login details, and agree not to share their access with any third party, and any activity conducted through the user’s account shall be deemed to have been performed by the user themselves.
Users agree to use the platform in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner and shall not engage in any activity that may harm the platform, its reputation, its users, or its operations, including but not limited to unauthorized access, data scraping, distribution of harmful or misleading content, impersonation, harassment, or any form of fraudulent behavior, and Intern Role reserves the absolute right to monitor user activity and to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account found to be in violation of these terms without prior notice or liability.
The platform may provide offer letters, certificates of completion, or other forms of recognition; however, such documents are issued solely at the discretion of Intern Role and are subject to the user successfully meeting all defined requirements of the internship or program, including task completion, performance standards, attendance, or any other criteria specified, and the platform reserves the right to withhold, revoke, or deny such certification if the user fails to meet the necessary conditions or engages in misconduct.
All content available on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, course materials, branding elements, logos, designs, and software, constitutes the intellectual property of Intern Role or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws, and users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, publishing, or exploiting any content without prior written consent from the platform, and any unauthorized use may result in legal action.
While Intern Role strives to provide a smooth and reliable user experience, the platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access and shall not be held responsible for any technical disruptions, server downtime, data loss, or system failures, whether caused by internal issues or external factors, and users acknowledge that they access and use the platform at their own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intern Role disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of opportunity, loss of revenue, or dissatisfaction with the services provided.
Intern Role reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform, services, programs, or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, and it is the user’s responsibility to periodically review these terms to stay informed of any changes, and continued use of the platform following any modifications shall constitute acceptance of the updated terms. The platform may also communicate with users through various channels, including email, SMS, or messaging platforms, for the purpose of providing updates, instructions, or promotional content related to its services, and by using the platform, you consent to receive such communications.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the platform, such disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts having jurisdiction shall have exclusive authority to resolve such matters. By using Intern Role, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all the terms stated above and that you are voluntarily choosing to participate in the platform and its offerings with full awareness of its policies, limitations, and conditions.
